Miele has launched the New SlimLine laboratory glasswashers with a slender width of 65 cm, flexibility, and the capability to accommodate even larger loads. In addition, its equipped with an EasyLoad system for the safe and simple loading of laboratory glassware.
Miele laboratory glasswashers from the SlimLine series are the ideal fit when lots of laboratory glassware must be washed clean with its enlarged chamber, and where space is limited. The chamber in this series offers a 15% increase in volume compared with previous models. Furthermore, intelligent technology adjusts circulation pump capacity, guaranteeing speed during the main wash and saving water in the rinse cycle. The result is a saving of up to 15% water compared with the previous generation while still achieving the same high level of results. Depending on the model, the new laboratory glasswashers come with a pre-heated tank that heats the water during the main wash in readiness for the final rinse. This shortens cycle times and increases throughput.
The new PLW 7111 generation is connectivity-enabled and can be operated via the Miele MOVE Internet portal, and hence has mobile machine management via a PC, smartphone, or tablet. This lets users see from a distance whether a machine is ready for unloading. Helpful, too, is a direct link to Miele Service.
Thanks to the EasyLoad system, 192 bottles (100 ml) can now be washed in a single cycle, 66 more than previously the case. The baskets and modules in which load items are automatically and correctly positioned can be combined individually – including a holder for a 50-litre carboy. Injector nozzles wash glassware in a variety of shapes and sizes thoroughly on the inside. On all versions, three additional canisters with 5 l of chemicals can be conveniently stowed away in a convenient drawer. A loading height of 85 cm enables the machine to be operated ergonomically. A clear benefit in daily use: the new controls with a 7″ colour display. The all-glass door in combination with integrated chamber lighting provides at-a-glance status control: White indicates a running program, red denotes a warning and green means the SlimLine washer can be unloaded.
