Our customer support programme is designed to help you protect the value of your investment by maximising the useable life of the equipment and the availability of the equipment in your laboratory.
We offer Service Level Agreement on a wide range of new equipment purchased from Labotec. The Service Level Agreements include full comprehensive servicing and repairs, including spare parts, for up to two years. Service Level Agreement customers are assured of priority scheduling, faster response and access to all the experts that are available to us within our regional, national and global network.

Free end-user training is given on all equipment sold by Labotec as required. Our technicians provide the training on the operation of the equipment, while the product managers can provide application training. We can also organise free workshops and seminars on various topics such liquid handling, water purification & pH techniques. Speak to your sales consultant for more information.
All equipment sold by Labotec includes free installation. There may be a few exceptions to the free installation, but this will be indicated on the specific quotation. Our technicians are all qualified to install all our equipment, and in addition, they have been sent overseas to the manufacturer for technical training.
