For optimising PCR’s, the XT96 is also available with a gradient function. The VWR® PCR thermal cycler XT96 offers a powerful, yet easy to use software interface, as well as a host of other innovative features such as: a flexible lid, innovative block design for temperature uniformity, precise temperature control, 8 individual Peltier elements for an almost linear temperature gradient (PCR Gradient unit only), touch screen display as well as app based and computer connectivity.
