The IsoBind Universal Pathogen kit is based on silica spin column technology that binds the nucleic acid to a filter membrane & allows contaminant to be washed away via centrifugation. The eluted nucleic acid is of high quality & purity, suitable for multiple downstream assays such as genotyping & PCR.
Two different lysis buffers allow the processing of either body fluids or solid tissues although the following samples can also be used: biological fluids, cultured cells or solid tissue.
Capable of 24-48 samples per hour.
