The In-chamber fan gently distributes clean, humidified air throughout the chamber ensuring fast recovery of all parameters in ten minutes or less. The In-chamber HEPA continuously filters the entire chamber every 60 seconds to obtain ISO 5 clean room air quality within 5 minutes.
