The ISO 9001 : 2015 is a Quality Management System aligned with International Quality recognition, and aims to deliver an improved level of quality for the entire organisation in every process and every product.
For our customers, this means that the products Labotec delivers should work as they expect them to, and if there are any complaints, they must be resolved in an efficient manner following a certain protocol.
