Novasina has introduced the next generation of high quality, smart water activity meters, LabTouch-aw. These meters are driven by the ease of use and fast menu access by a touch-screen combined with a semi-temperature-stabilized measurement chamber for consistent and reproducible aw value measurement results.
By using the latest sensor and measurement technology coupled with re-usable humidity calibration standards, they provide an economical and easy-to –work- with solution to precision water activity measurements. The active infrared sample temperature measurements coupled with the temperature stabilised chamber and the possibility to calibrate over the full measurement range make this instrument perfectly reliable.
All measurements are stored on a SD card and can be transferred to a PC or printer. Special software is available for viewing results and analysing data.
