As Covid-19 (Coronavirus) continues to develop we wanted to let you know that we are still here when you need us. Safety of our customers, employees and partners is our primary concern, and Labotec have implemented measures to reduce the risk of viral infections.
Sales and customer services are here to assist you, and we will be working remotely to provide the same excellent customer service. Our teams are available using virtual meetings via skype, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. You can also contact all our branches on phone, email sales@labotec.co.za | accounts@labotec.co.za | techsupport@labotec.co.za and video chat from Mon to Thursday 08h00 – 17h00 and Friday 08h00 – 15h00. In all other areas of business such as deliveries and technical breakdowns, we will be practicing social distancing and exercising stringent sanitisation and safety procedures.
Labotec is monitoring every new development and adapting our response on a daily basis. Business protocols have been drawn up and will be activated when necessary. Our aim is to ensure you receive the level of service you are accustomed to. To date we have not received notification from our suppliers regarding supply disruption, and we will continue to monitor our supply chain and inform you of any potential risk.

Isaac Newton, during self- isolation during the Black plague of 1665-1666, made some of the greatest discoveries and laid the foundations and early theories for calculus, motion optics and gravitation. Perhaps these times of isolation will lead to some bold and important scientific discoveries? Perhaps someone can change the world for the better?
