Labotec was announced as the Best Performing Distributor for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Life Science Laboratory Products Division for the Africa larger markets region for 2023. The award was presented at the Thermo annual African Gala event at Emperors Palace in Gauteng, and the Labotec team invited to the event was immensely honoured to receive this accolade.
Ursula Gorniak, Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Director in Africa of Life Science Solutions presented the award and said, “Labotec achieved an impressive growth in 2023, executed a customer-centric mindset, and showed great collaboration and willingness to work together to meet customers’ needs. This high level of involvement aligns with Thermo’s Laboratory Products’ expectations. In addition, Labotec has a dedicated and professional Service Team to support sales efforts and offer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) as part of their offering”.
