The Technical Service Level Agreements (SLA) program has been launched to help save on maintenance costs, eliminate breakdowns, reduce downtime and offer peace of mind. The SLA’s include full comprehensive servicing and repairs, including spare parts for up to two years, and in some cases longer, after the purchase of most new equipment from Labotec.
